Symfony 2.8, Composer, installing something, odd messages
I installed Guzzle and the Avalara tax client on my machine today and got the attached notices while doing so... is that "hard copies" notice something to be concerned about? It seems like its saying that it took a snapshot of those folders and if I ever change anything in the source folders from now on I need to reinstall, which obviously isn't good.

Thanks, but i was concerned about the "hard copies" thing... why did it have to make hard copies? Does that mean the hard copies need to be updated every time we install something from now on?
I don't know if it's your question but that's usually make sense you should(must) not change anything in assests direcltyto avoid this can of situation. So when you upgrade (or downgrade) assets, you don't lose anything.
That's the same logic for all package managers AFAIK

Thanks. Are you saying that I shouldnt worry about the fact that it made "hard copies"?

I believe both Guzzle and the Avalara use them so you get the warning
