Office 365 ActiveSync item limit
We just moved from Exchange 2010 to Office 365. We have a public folder with some 16,000 contacts that used to sync properly with a contact list on an iPhone if copied to a folder in user's mailbox.
Under O365 the subject folder syncs only partly to the iPhone apparently due to a folder ActiveSync limit in O365. To test I downloaded and connected the CiraSync app to the public folder and it stops at 4440 items and reports "up to date."
The obvious solution of deleting 3/4 of the contacts is not palatable at the moment. Do you know of a work around or a way to increase the O365 limitation?
