Disable password saving for ONE site in Chtome

Is there a was to disable chrome from saving the password on ONE site only, but save for all the others?

Certainly no native way. Additionally the way credentials are normally set up is by a combination of user name and site and not just by site.

You can try turning off passwords when this one site comes up , but you would need to do this manually

The password is already being saved by Chrome, can it be turned off for ONE specific site?

I do not think so.   Remove the password this way

And then you need to NOT accept password for the site in question
