Disconnect iphone from network temporarily using command line

There is a need to disconnect an iPhone which is connected to the network, however there is a need for the iPhone to be disconnected remotely temporarily  but always
on the same internal network - the goal is so that after it reconnects again to  wifi it will select a different IP  (the current IP has been put on the server as an exclusion - since the intent is to use the IP address that the iPhone is currently connected to  - to another device)

Is there a way to temporarily disconnect the IP of the iPhone - doing this remotely - perhaps via a command line?

You cannot shell or access an iPhone via command line without Jailbreaking it.

You could revoke its DNS on the WiFi router based on a MAC address and/or allocate it a fixed IP  on the router based on the MAC address of the device.
Agree with above. Put in Airplane mode until connection is needed

So there is no way to remotely disconnect an iPhone connected to a network from another computer?
(In a large organization that has several iPhone users connected via wifi, this could present a challenge)
Not remotely.  User must do it.
There is a way IF you have some kind of MDM system like InTune or AirWatch etc .. you could deploy a POLICY which disables WiFi for example
