Domain going to spam or not delievered
Really at a loss here. In the past 6 months emails from our domain "mastersvb.org" is going to peoples spam or not getting to them at all. Mainly with gmail, bellsouth, and yahoo. I have looked at all black lists and we are clean. I have done all the mx records checks I can think of. We recently moved to office 365 cloud exchange.
a) Hosting through hostmonster, you're at the mercy of their reputation regarding the CIDR block your server lives on. Hosting through a low-end service exposes clients to a lot of problems, spam reputation being a big one. If Hostmonster's entire CIDR block has been blocked your domain's spam reputation doesn't get anywhere near coming into the picture.
b) Many SMTP servers do check RDNS and if it's not correct the email is rejected or flagged as spam. Checking the authorized MTAs for your domain indicates that there are four, but three of them are identical:
Doing an RDNS on 108.166.161.245 could very well not match the name supplied in the HELO / EHLO as there are three possibilities for that IPv4 address.
c) As Terry says, if you are sending email through a Microsoft server instead of one of your domain's listed MX systems, the email will not be emanating from an MX associated with your domain and it's very likely that your email will be classed as spam.
If you are sending directly out from your system via your MX MTAs then in this situation I would switch outgoing email to a reputable SMTP relayer such as SMTP2Go. They will forward a couple thousand emails a month for free and over that it is a small fraction of a cent. I use them and have seen exactly one bounce due to CIDR block being classed as spam in the last three years.
If you are sending through Microsoft's Office servers, correct your MX MTAs first and see if the problem resolves. If that is the issue it should clear up very quickly.

I see your SPF records are there but i would validate them, I would also implement DKIM at the very least.
Also i see that your Office 365 is not in your MX Records, i would make sure your DNS is properly setup for office 365
