Win10 Pro 64bit hard drive will not boot after cloning

I "Cloned" a Win10 Pro 64bit hard drive using EaseUS Partition Master Pro 13.0 ... I placed the original drive back into it's original PC and it will NOT boot up now.  Niether will the cloned drive boot in the original PC.  Any ideas how to proceed ???

Restore the original drive using the full backup that you made before cloning it, or using the most recent full backup.

Then try again using a different product.
any messages when booting?

check the bios and look how it is set : AHCI - IDE - or what?
check also the boot priority, and set it to the proper drive
you should post also the system, or mobo model for better info
Check the drive on another machine to see if you've cloned all the drive partitons.  If you're booting to UEFI you should see a FAT32 EFI system partition or in legacy systems a System Reserved partition.

If they are present it's likely the partition identifier has been changed so when Windows starts it can't find the boot partition anymore at the location in BCD.

If the partitons are correct you should be able to run a repair to restore the boot settings
https://www.groovypost.com/howto/fix-windows-10-wont-boot-startup-repair-bootrec/
try reset BIOS settings:
  1. turn off the laptop
  2. press power ON
  3. press "Del" or "F2" several times
  4. enter BIOS settings
  5. choose "Load defaults"
  6. save and exit

check now if problem solved
1 Was any disk up gradation done while cloning ?
2 Is there any chance  choosing the proper destination and source? check with a  LIVE CD (say ubuntu -linux) or connecting the source disk to another machine and see the partition types and check the system partition and data.
If the partitions and data are there in the source disk then you can follow this link or any other you can simple search in google where you can get how to solve the boot problems.
Looks like the software has updated the boot record of EFI Boot partition. This is usually done if you plan to keep both drives in the same machine. Did you perform the clone from a boot media or in Windows?
