Which free CRM/ERP/Help Desk software would you recommend for a small business?

If you are really a small business, you can give a shot to Soho CRM.
As Chinmay suggested https://www.zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html is a cheap solution.

If you must use a free version, use a LAMP Stack version, as with Linux you'll have 100s of options + with Windows... close to zero... Looks like most Windows options are hobbled. You get a free stripped down version, then have to pay for any real usefulness.
OMG... The auto correct... This one is really funny.. It changed Zoho to Soho... Too much...
Hi There,
When i was using my CRM's inhouse i was using vTiger Opensource.

This can be viewed at https://www.vtiger.com/open-source-crm/

This is pretty nifty for free software and has the ability to link with Asterisk PBX's etc.

vTiger also comes with a Customer Portal so that they can log support tickets, see their support contracts and also view invoices/quotes etc.

Regards,

Kenza
