I've been getting the following error message in Visual Studio 2013 when trying to Build my solution. Sometimes it happens every other time I try to build, sometimes it's everytime I build my solution and sometimes it doesn't happen at all in one day. If I close Visual Studio and reopen it, the same error appears when trying to build. The only way to get it to build after I get that error message is to log off from my computer and log on again. Any idea what I can do to fix this?<br />
