Zoom Audio and Video Training Room

Hi, illustrated below is the future training room w me taking a photo of the location for where the presenter presents.  The owner was thinking USB from laptop in the left (pink) corner to the ceiling (where I am located) w a fixed camera.  I’m not sure what better solution to offer than what they proposed.  This is not my expertise but they will be using Zoom as the platform for conducting the training.  Any idea on best practice for transmitting the video feed (and maybe audio) plus a fixed camera recommendation?

when you say zoom are you referring to https://zoom.us/zoomrooms
In this day and age physical meeting rooms are getting pretty much obsolete and being overshadowed by virtual conference rooms.  I've been involved in worldwide conferences via skype for business and microsoft teams where each user logs into the meeting using their device of choice. Every use has their own device with microphone and speaker, and display.

Another way is to have a video producer which has all of the audio feeds from each microphone and a video capture card for each video input.
The video producer using something like open broadcaster (OBS) then selects the inputs and outputs i.e.
4 inputs the output is a screen cut into quarters each input going to one of the quarters or one screen zoomed to the full screen.  You may want to capture all of the audio/video inputs into separate files and then edit them into a final version for distribution.
