Exchange 2010 and 2013 coexistence issues.

Hi,

I have a coexistence of exchange 2010 and 2013.  After installing a certificate on the 2013 server i have lost email connectivity with cell phones and I am not sure how to correct this issue.

I am also considering backing out of the coexistence by uninstalling 2013, making sure that 2010 is healthy and trying the upgrade again.

Any assistance is appreciated.

thank you,

See attached errors.

Could this be associated with the certificate i installed on the 2013 server?

Are you saying that i should have the same certificate installed on both servers?

Are you sure you exported the new certificate?
if its a renewed certificate it will have a unique thumbprint

Yes, i did the export from 2010 and the import to 2013.
You still have issue for mobiles?

Hi MAS,

What I did was undo some of the DNS changes i had made to activesync and autodiscover and the phones began connecting again.

I will begin moving forward with the upgrade again in the near future when i can dedicate more time to that project.

Thank you for your assistance.
Glad to know you sorted out.
