Try running npm install natives@1.1.6 in the project.

Could you please share with us the version of both node & gulp that you're running with?

Since Gulp 3 is no longer supported in node version 12+ & that may cause this issue for you, so if you're using Gulp 3 try to upgrade it to 4.

Try to run it in the project context, not globally.

I was able to get gulp 4.0.2 installed locally but when I ran yo, it reverted to 3.9.1 and I am getting the error again.
