Upon reboot there was a different window asking for login. I entered my Hotmail email address and password and the window disappeared.
On screen shots I always use Paint but may have hit a key by mistake or only hit one key more heavily than the other.
I do have Windows 10 and new to it and i know One Drive is a choice to "save" photos from emails. At this point i'd rather not take this step:
4. Under the generic credentials delete anything with OneDrive

thanks.
You are very welcome . As you noted above, I think you just struck a key in error (like I do)
You may try using these steps and do tell me if it worked.
1. Go to your Control Panel
2. Search and Find User Accounts
3. Go into the User Accounts Setting and find the Credential Manager
4. Under the generic credentials delete anything with OneDrive
