I want to make a point for the above sentence as- my previous employer used to manage my policy upgrade if I pay difference of amount, where as the new employer not.<br />

It was wonderful taking with you yesterday. I am amazed to see your swift response in this regard for helping your team members, by having a phone call to my medical provider to consider my case positively.<br />

As you advised me, I am sending this email to remind you, to report my obligations officially by an email. As I informed, I would prefer my new policy should cover- ABC hospital, where my ENT treatment has been going on.<br />

I am ready to pay the differential amount that may be needed, My arrangement had been the same with my previous employer.<br />
