I have a VNXe3100 with what I think is a bad caddy, (I already replaced the disk). I need to reset the device to see if it will pick up but the service password won't reset to default.<br />
I am out of warranty and support. do any of you know how to resolve this issue?<br />

I reset it the VNXe3100 from the reset button on the back. I was able to reset the login password but the service password won't change to default.
