CISCO 1900 ROUTER afterrebooted all interfaces are set to Shutdown state.

cisco 1900 router afterrestarted the interfaces are set to shutdown.  All the configurations are correct but all interfaces are set to shutdown so I have to console into each interface and set to "No Shutdown"  When I view the start config it is set correctly although doing the copy start run command does not resolve.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I ran the commands you asked.  Thank you
okay   reboot the router and you should be all set.

The long and short of what you have going on is the boot register is pointing to a different area of mem than where your startup config is currently stored.  At the reboot, you should load the startup config.
that worked perfect.  thanks so much for your help
no worries.  cheers
