USB Composite driver error

Hi I'm having issues with the USB composite driver in windows 10 pro on the following computer HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT. The problem occurred when I did a windows 10 upgrade from windows 7 pro. I've downloaded the drivers from both Intel and HP's website and still a yellow exclamation mark on the USB composite. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Installed the correct chipset? Or did you just upgrade and leave everything? Don't forget to download the input drivers too. For Windows 10.

Windows 10 management of USB 3 on "older" (pre-Win10) hardware can be flaky at best.
If the Intel download isn't working try their web-based diagnostics tool to see if there's a better recommendation.

What's the error message in Device Manager?
