Office 365 is slow on fast connection
I have a 100Mb/100Mb business Ethernet circuit, around 30 users and everything is just fine except O365 which is very slow and sluggish to respond. Everything else is just fine on the net and there are no bandwidth hogs.
The firewall is NAT with some inbound rules but very little blocking outbound and no web filtering / VPN / Encryption. The location is UK. Any tools or ways to look for what might be causing the speed issues, any optimisations. I have looked at some of the Microsoft stuff but that seems to be specifically allowing IP through filters to reduce latency.
Any helps appreciated!

Faster, I think it is the client end the service seems fine if I am at some locations but slow at others. I know 0365 needs direct connection configurations to avoid latency but cannot find tools to do this. I was wondering if other people had made changes that improved performance.
I am not sure why this would be. Have you checked the Autodiscover settings with Microsoft's test tool? I am not sure if that would pick out a speed difference but may show some other error.
I'm assuming you mean Web version of everything and no local installations ...
Do you have
1. Issues with all apps or Outlook only?
2. Local files being accessed, all files (XLSX, DOCX, etc) remote or a some of both? If some of both, do local files show quicker response times across the board?

All Web based apps, generally everything is really sluggish. Outlook is generally cached locally so seems fine. Browsing sharepoi T sites that have almost nothing in them general stuff.
