What version of Sharepoint?
Which browser and version?
What is the obfuscated URL?  Mine, for example, is https://CompanyShortName.Sharepoint.com/sites/SiteName
Are you using HTTP or HTTPS to access the site?

Thank for following up.  I believe I already figured this out, but I will wait for feedback.

Not sure what you mean exactly by Navigation Pane, but if you mean the stuff on the left, in the upper right hand corner there is a little button that you can click that will expand the width of the body of the page, which hides the Quick Launch Navigation on the left hand side of the page.

Hope that helps...

Yes, I am referring to quick launch navigation.
Do you have specific instructions, since all I gotten so far is a button that says go to site.
