Guidance on adding 2 switches to existing network for extension?

I got a small network with existing firewall and an IDF switch stack setup by someone else (they’re being replaced soon hopefully).  
Problem is I have to help setup a new pair of  HP Aruba J9772A switched in another closet.  
New out of the box what’s easiest way to configure these? Do I need a console cable or can I plug switch in and it will get a DHCP I can connect to to configure it? Should I copy any settings from other HP switch that help get this one added? Nothing special is changing about devices or networks or subnets or anything, vLANS are staying the same, these re just extension switches to a room next door.

Seems to suggest that the new switches may need to be configured for them?  Upstream trunk(s)?, etc.

You should know at least this much about your new switches.  I'd never do this anyway.  Always give the switch a static address - which means configuring it somewhat.

This can go as simple as:
1) Give the switch an IP address (for management of it).
2) Plug it in and use it simply as a switch.

Or, it may require the above and:
Assign the VLANs to accomodate your VLAN needs.
Set up SNMP for management and monitoring.
These can come later but the VLAN part may be disruptive to operations if not done before putting the switch into production.

Thanks I was just looking to DHCP for initial setup since I don’t have console or usb cable to connect to switch.  
If I stack the switches do both of them need uplink on SFP Port or just one of them?
Would this switch go into any of the stacked switches via SFP to extend the network?
This question needs an answer!
