Hi John
above I already said if we configure printer in devices as local printer that is no issue but if send job to print server then jam in print server print queue.

Can you try a different (hopefully newer) to see if that works. Also see if a newer printer driver is available.
It will be helpful if you tell us:
In this situation I would be inclined to get the printer off the server, and either a) put it on a dedicated network print server box, or b) use the built-in network interface, if it has one. Let each system spool to the printer individually. This gets the Windows server out of the picture and makes localizing the problem quite a bit simpler. Deo volente, it may also eliminate the problem.
- The printer manufacturer and model
- What options are installed in the printer, if any
- What operating systems are involved, and
- The driver release number on each operating system
- Whether the problem happens universally, or only on certain systems

@John I'm betting extra memory will not fix it. If the printer needs more memory it will tell you so.
In addition to Dr Klahn's questions, please tell me what you mean by "file more then 4MB". Is this the size of the document (.docx, .pdf, .jpg, etc) you are trying to print, or the size of the spool file? There is no direct relationship between the two, and the spool file can be much larger than the document.
One more question. Does this happen with all applications, or is it a specific app?

I am referring to file size more then 4MB then have issueIn that case this is application dependent, so my question still stands: which application, or what type of document?
And, what was the solution?
Depending on the driver you may possibly be able to set for direct print instead of buffering.
