Can you recommend some endpoint Antivirus products?

We tested different Anti Virus solution and end it up using Webroot Secure Anywhere. It is easy to install and light on system resources. Very customization and has a web management dashboard where you can manage all of your clients and also view agent version installed. The biggest complain we had from end users was that our old AV was using a lot of resources on their system, after moving to Webroot we haven't had any complains.

You should consider the probability that you won't be satisfied with anything.

This is a purely subjective question since it has to be based on your business needs and user profile. I would recommend if you are using Windows 10, you use the built-in Windows Defender antivirus accompanied with the free version of Malwarebytes. I happen to like ESET. McAfee is a lot better than it used to be. But if you're looking for the *perfect* product, it doesn't exist. Criteria is subjective, plus no product is going to catch everything. Security is very much a cat and mouse game.
