Hi all,<br />

My MS office version is Office 365 MSO (16.0.11727.20222) 32 bits.<br />
I used to have the Cognos Go Office 10.2.2 installed and working correctly. But now, since 2 weeks, the Cognos pane on the right supposed to display the Cognos elements, reports, etc .. is always blank. I can login, I can even refresh data of existing reports, but I cannot browse anymore in my Cognos items and select another report or see the elements of an existing report embedded.<br />
Does anybody experience the same problem? Is there an official &quot;bug&quot; or something.<br />
I tried to install the Cognos plug for Cognos Analytics, but I have the same behavior.<br />

Hi all,

My MS office version is Office 365 MSO (16.0.11727.20222) 32 bits.
I used to have the Cognos Go Office 10.2.2 installed and working correctly. But now, since 2 weeks, the Cognos pane on the right supposed to display the Cognos elements, reports, etc .. is always blank.
