What reports to run to give an overview of Spiceworks activity over the last year.

I got a request to see the analytics of the trouble tickets over the last year.  What would be the best reports to show this? Meeting at 1:00 central time!

I think I didn't give enough information; I now realize this would need to be based on what they are interested in and I could run a report by number of tickets for each type of ticket and the number of tickets each support person worked on these tickets. etc.  Sorry for the ambiguous request.
