There are many tools for patch management, but internally we just use WSUS.  Works for the most part.  But very feature lacking.

SCCM would be an option right off the bat. As mentioned, you could just do WSUS. Depending on how deep into 365 you want to go, InTune would be another Microsoft option.

Connectwise Automate and Kaseya would be two non Microsoft options.

Don't bother with WSUS of SCCM, to much hard work and implementation just for patching!

Use Ivanti....

Simple quick to install, and you'll be patching in under 10 minutes...
