Hi there! :)

As a start, let's try out the following instructions in the article below. Let's see if we can sync the domain email account into your Gmail account.

For exchange server shoud i choose pop3?

setup a gmail account as a contact in Exchange then configure his exchange email to forward to this gmail account.

The second user has problem to receive the same email to his mac account.
what version of Office on the MAC? What version of Exchange?

A third user use mac with outlook and inform me that his is face a problem to sent email via outlook. How to troubleshoot this ?
Same as above, what version of MAC Office and what version of Exchange.
You asked, "For exchange server should i choose pop3?"

Yes. Well... you have 2x choices. I've used them both + there are pros/cons to each.

1) You can forward all your email through a relay service to Gmail.

In many cases, either the mail relay service or Gmail will start blocking incoming mail if there's a large amount of SPAM sent through your relay.

Pro: Easy to setup.

Con: High SPAM rates can break this setup, usually due to mail relay service refusing to forward mail after a while.

2) You can setup a POP3s (never POP3, only POP3s, as anyone can read your mail + Gmail login credentials with POP3) on some MX server somewhere, then setup Gmail to pull from POP3. Be sure to set flag that says delete mail on POP3 server, once pull occurs.

Pro: You'll never have the SPAM shutdown problem.

Con: More difficult to setup.

3) You also asked, "The second user has problem to receive the same email to his mac account."

If this person's email ends up in a Gmail account, simply enable IMAP4s access to the Gmail account.

Then setup access to the Gmail account, just like setting up access to any other IMAP4 server.

4) You also asked, "A third user use mac with outlook and inform me that his is face a problem to sent email via outlook. How to troubleshoot this?"

Best to open a new question for this, as debugging process can be long.
