VPN connection fails over cellular connection [worked till now]

I am using Synology VPN [open vpn] to connect my laptop which uses a cellular connection to my office network, suddenly, it fails to connect with the following errors
LS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
TLS handshake failed
Still, if I connect my laptop with a wired connection it connects no problem.

Cellular connections can have some restrictions if the telco thinks it's necessary. Please ask the support desk if they know of any firewall rule regarding this VPN connection.

If telco not helpful, change to L2TP/IPSEC VPN instead.
I have a HUAWEI USB Stick and I had to add VPN service from the ISP (modest charge).

Try a standard Wi-Fi connection and see if that works?

Also, your cellular connection introduces a double NAT, so make sure Synology VPN works for this. I use NCP Secure Entry to ensure double NAT connections can be traversed.

ASKER

It works with every other connection except cellular [Verizon]
Please give more details on how to deal with double NAT or how to test if this is the issue.
You need to ask you ISP about putting a VPN point on your cellular account.  I had to do that and VPN then works fine.
