Shall I use Citrix XD on-prem (valid Customer Success Services) license to extend Citrix Cloud?

Shall I use Citrix XD on-prem (valid Customer Success Services) license to extend Citrix Cloud?
I have Citrix XD 7.15 on-prem Platinum licenses. Now we would like to move to Citrix Cloud. i.e Hybrid solution.
So shall I use the same Citrix licenses on Citrix Cloud?

Citrix Cloud on-premises components may only be used in conjunction with Citrix Cloud services pursuant to the applicable terms of service. The Citrix ADC VPX 3000 on-premises component of Endpoint Management Service may only be used for connecting Endpoint Management apps to on-premises resource locations via micro-VPN technology. It is not meant for general VPN use, including but not limited to remote access and/or single sign-on to any web, SaaS, VDI or any enterprise application whether in a datacenter or cloud.
