Can't Setup Gmail with Outlook 2019

Hello,

i am trying to setup Gmail with Outlook 2019 and i receive this windows back. See the attached picture.

what am I missing ? Usually i setup a Gmail in 3 minutes this time this pop up windows keep coming up.

The password is correct. i tested with the web mail.

Did you add it as IMAP Type?

Ask to "add it manually" or "allow me to add it manually"  and select IMAP from there it should be fine...

You masked the user on the password but it's showed at the top.

I tried either way adding as google and as imap still same window pop up. yes I notice that :) thank you that it show the email on top
zeropoint, I knew wat that, I am setting it up for a client, so I am waiting for him to give me the code so I will be able to to thatcib Gmail first. thank you for confirming my suspicions. I will do that and probably I will be fine. I wil do that in the next few days and keep e wry KSU posted
Another thing to do is use Control Panel, Mail to set up an email account (POP or IMAP) and never any Wizard.  That always works for me.
Thank you everyone. i got his gmail password and turned on the "allow less secure app' and it worked immediately.

Thank you again next step i need ot  configure scan to folder with a Brother MFC-8710DW. its a pain in a neck. stay tuned. i will open a new question tomorrow for that ;)

But now that Google has removed the option for less secure clients this does not work, and I have a PC where the "sign in with Google" does not appear to allow authentication with email/password and then the 2 factor
