QNAP - iSCSI Lun in error cannot mount to Windows

Hi all

I hope someone can help as I'm waiting on QNAP support but no reply yet.

We have a QNAP with iSCSI connection hosting some VM for hyper V. The QNAP lost power when a cleaner pulled the plug and when coming back on line the iSCSI can connect in Windows but no drive is shown. The QNAP shows the LUN in error as shown here User generated image.

I've tried to follow this article using Winscp but the LUn never comes enabled.
https://www.qnap-singapore.com/faqs/qnap-iscsi-problems-how-to-fix/qnap-iscsi-lun-lost-and-how-to-restore/

The iscsi_trgt.conf file output is here and as you can see below.

This is also the screenshot of .@iscsi.img file User generated image
I've tried numerous entries on the iscsi_trgt.conf file but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help as all I need to do it get the VM's hard drives off as I can easily recreate them.

Quick update as I've followed the article but the backup LUN simply shows as error too User generated image
The LUN1Info file is now
[LUN1Info]
LUNIndex = 1
LUNName = SMAS_0
LUNPath = /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA
LUNMetaPath = /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.@iscsi.img/iSCSI-SMAS_0-5c933bba:001
LUNSectorSize = 512
LUNCapacity = 3145728
LUNFileCount = 3
LUNThinAllocate = TRUE
LUNThreshold = 80
LUNAllocated = 4096
LUNStatus = 2
LUNBackupStatus = 0
LUNBackupPid = -1
LUNBackupJob = -1
LUNInitBitmap00 = 00000001
NAANaming = qnap
bRemoving = FALSE
LUNTargetBitmap00 = 00000004
VSUPEnable = 0
FUAEnable = 0
FBNumber = 0
LUNSerialNum = ff835acd-5a46-453f-847b-b8122dfdb7ed
LUNNAA = 6e843b6ff835acdd5a46d453fd847bdb

but still no joy.
