use local group policy, use lgpo.exe in task sequence<br />
or what we did was we created package in sccm with the files attached and also IE shortcut in the folder , run the ps script in task sequence.<br />

we created an image of windows 10 and customized the image by uninstalling applications, unpin tiles from the start menu. once we had the desired interface we exported the start menu into an xml file. configured the xml as a startup script.<br />

when we deploy the image, all the customizations are lost and the user gets all apps and shortcuts back.<br />
