If Google Chrome is telling me that a website failed to load, what are my alternatives?

OS: Windows 10
Do I need to add the site to the trust site list?
Should I try in FireFox, Edge and Internet Explorer 11?
Should I just try to connect to the site via its IP address?

Try another browser to see if it is a Browser or Network issue. See if another browser works.

If it does, remove Chrome Extensions, uninstall Chrome, restart and install the newest version. Test.

In any event, run TCP/IP Reset, DNS Flush.

Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator
Then: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Then: ipconfig /flushdns
Then: restart the computer
Test if the website returns an IP address and check if it responds to pings.  You should first make sure it answers on the internet.

open Command prompt.

nslookup www.website-name.com
ping www.website-name.com
