what did you try?

Don't understand "user backup profile" and "used is unable to access citric recover". Please explain.
users are getting blue screen in Citrix receiver when they launched. we go to Citrix server and check for users corrupted profile. just like windows. we have windows 2008 servers. total 14 cuteix servers and are VM over Xen servers. when we go to control panel, advanced setting and users settings, we find user name- profile with Backup. once we delete user is able to login but it reoccurs again. what could be the issue? how to fix this permanently ?

- some users has the problem at all servers?
- do you use published apps or published desktops?
- you use central profile store (roaming profiles)?
- you see a "backup-copy" of the userprofile (where / how is the name/extension)
- how do you delete the userprofile?
- user only got a blue screen if they try to open a session?
- is the blue screen closed after some time?
- do you see running processes while user see the blue screen?

- how do you delete the userprofile?- go to users s advanced settings profine in control panel
- user only got a blue screen if they try to open a session? - yes with Insufficient systems sources
- is the blue screen closed after some time?- yes
- do you see running processes while user see the blue screen? - didnt check

Note: what could be the root cause. We are deleiting profile all the time and comes back. Impacted whole company. Help urgent!

since when is the problem / what has been changed
only some users get this problem at different servers ... without roaming profiles? ...hm...
i see .bak at profiles with citrix profile manager only ... but possible is a manual backup too..?
Do you copy files while logon (GPO, startscript,..)?
Which AV do you use at the VDA/terminalserver?  Try to disable the AV ... less problems? Do you implement the AV-suggestions?
