Remove annoying AD Choices plugin

I have been trying to get rid of Ad Choices when I browse the internet. I have scanned my windows 10 for viruses and it comes up clean. I don't get pop ups all over the place but it is annoying every time you go to a site you see AD Choices pop up on th side recommending ads. Tried some of the "How TOs"  but nothing seems to work.

It's a legit service. But if it's popping up excessively, you probably adware somewhere..Try using Adware removal tool as a first step and upload the log report here as an attachment. Don't click repair until we check it.

And I would recommend Chrome with uMatrix and AdGuard extensions. uMatrix can get a bit annoying, but you can train it for regular sites you visit..

You can just opt out of ad personalization from your google account for ad choices, since it's a legit service, but that doesn't stop ads. You need to block ads with an extension.
