The adobe cloud plugin, I guess when you install it is activated automatically in outlook if that is its last resort it looks like anyways. We ended up figuring it out and just disabled the plugin.

So I had a weird scenario happen to a client in regards to adobe and this attaching to an email. This was not supposed to be sent as on open link and they are worried that this information could have been shared on the web. They don't want to violate HIPAA and we are concerned with future documents. It appears that it is a plugin that is automatically installed to send via the cloud. Just want to make sure that this is the problem and not something deeper.
