What hardware do you need if possible for directly connecting if possible an older Elmo document camera TT02 to the new interactive Smartboard SB-6065 for projection?
I purchased an Onten VGA to HDMI Adapter to hopefully connect an older model ELMO TT02 that doesn't have HDMI to a Smartboard SB-6065 that doesn't have a VGA port but only Displayport and HDMI on to convert signal. Not having any success doing this. Instructors would prefer to not have a computer inbetween the ELMO and Smartboard if possible. Does anybody know a possible method out there to accomplish this?
You'll need active rather than passive cables for this - if the Onten doesn't have an external power supply you will need to switch it to something like https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-JBingGG-Connecting-Monitor-Display/dp/B07VGMJG8T which pulls power from the USB plug (which can simply be plugged into a USB charger like you'd use for a 'phone)
If the output though the 15pin D-Sub is actually RGB and not VGA you're likely to be better using the RCA Composite video out and converting that to HDMI

This might be the problem.
I'd say first connect an RGB monitor + verify you see output, then plugin your HDMI device.
If you see no output, you require an RGB -> HDMI convertor.
