To Configure Linked Mode for vCSA aleardy in use
We have our infra distributed and managed by 4 vCenter Server Appliance (6.5 U3)
Now we need to configure Linked mode among all of the vCSA or at least b/w 2 of any vCenters
Any approach if this can be done on running infra without reinstallation of vCSA so that existing config will be remain same and we can manage VC in linked mode
What should be best approach with minimal risk and valid fix without hampering our running infra /config @existing VC

Thanks Andrew,
Not possible with 6.5 U3? [which is all embedded with vCSA]
Infra recently upgraded to 6.5 so if we go for 6.7u1 will need more licensing cost ?
and upgrade will be needed for for all existing vCSA
any precheck /prerequires before we spent more money on this to make it successful ?

the tools now exist for 6.5
6.7 does not require any more licenses

I know that vCenter Server Appliance Converge Tool is there in 6.5
and you have mentioned to upgrade on 6.7 to get the vCSA linked ? can we configure linked mode on my existing and embedded vCSA which all are already running in production infra?
Here we don't have nay external PSC ,and don't have any windows vCenter all are vCSA i.e. appliance we have
correct me if I have asked it in a wrong way ?
Our Requirement is to use my existing vCSA in Linked mode nothing else , so how can we achieve it without reinstallation /upgrade ?
any tool /utility /command line /scripting to get this done

How to use Converged tool for VCSA already running with embedded PSC to configure linked mode ?
Can we achieve it with no downtime outage ?

Do we need to create new PSC here or if it can be done on existing vCSA ?
What should be better and can be implemented easily here if we need to go for vCSA HA and Linked mode both ?

Please have a read of this web site...

It can now be done without re-installing.
Upgrade your VCSA's to 6.7 U1, and then use the new tools.
But you really need to read around the subject to complete this, or re-install! (it's easier if you don't understand the requirements)
