Asus ROG GL753V stuck at splash screen after MS Windows 10 update

A client has an Asus ROG GL753V that was somehow bricked during the latest Microsoft upgrade.  When turning the laptop on, it sits at the Asus splash screen and goes no further.  F2 is not effective to enter the bios.  It just sits there at the splash screen.  I've seen another post online from two days ago with the exact issue (Same laptop) after the latest Microsoft update.

I'm at a loss here and have found no useful info to guide me.

Any idea how to fix what the N#RX(&D MS Update did to this poor laptop?

Thanks tons for any guidance..

Thanks!

Try again to get into BIOS.  Turn OFF.   Wait 1 minute.  Turn ON and INSTANTLY start pressing F2 repeatedly to get into BIOS.

Does that work?

If so get BIOS updates on a USB Key and try updating BIOS

try these :
1- turn off the laptop,- and remove the AC and battery
-now hold the PWR button for 20 sec - then reconnect power and reboot
2- remove the battery, and run from AC
   - during boot - reove the power cord; wait 5 seconds and retry this
   - after several tries (3 at least) you should get into repair, from which you can use other options
I don't think Update could brick the BIOS. I have had similar behavior yesterday on MSI motherboard with three SSDs and 1903 Update. After disconnecting all drives I were able to boot the machine normally and then reconnected them one by one.
Are you able to easily remove the harddrive from this machine?
But first try what nobus suggested. This is the right way to handle such issues.

Hi John, Nobus, Noxcho

Alas, no joy.  All actions have been performed in the prescribed manners and still no progression from the Asus splash screen.  I'm not really sure how to progress.  Is there a way to refresh the BIOS under these circumstances?

Thanks, all!
You can try starting from a bootable BIOS USB but if starting BIOS did not work, then it may not work
It looks like that flashing BIOS was attempted so that you get thus splash only. But I could be mistaken.
Sometimes it help restarting the machine 5-10 times. Turning it off by holding power button till it goes off and then starting it again.
Did you try th DEL key for entering bios?
try the recovery method from ASUS :  https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1012219
also - did you try flashing the bios before this happened ? or the Asus update?
https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?95785-ASUS-ROG-GL753-GL553-FX553-FX753-FX53-FX73-critical-BIOS-update!
My client told me he set in motion the latest Win 10 update and a driver update was requested prior.  It might very well have been a Bios update.  I'll follow the nobus suggestion and update this.  Thanks.
BIOS update should be an update on its own and not mix with any windows update.

Modern OS integrates tightly with BIOS and it is likeky the BIOS is corrupted in your case and you need to send the laptop back to ASUS to fix it.
