Hello Community Member Nobus...

Windows Restore Points are OFF by default and it was just a few days back that I started the restore process...

So unfortunately I have no restore points to revert back the system...

Help and advice is APPRECIATED...

Hello Community Members...

Sorry for my delay in response to advice and solutions I had prior stuff doing lol...

"...I CANNOT delete the folder..."

Now can delete folder after scans PLEASE look at images for your reference...

Not sure if I still got TWO of stuff because I changed the view on File-Explorer...

Can you CHECK the screen-shots and let me know everything is ok...

Bestest
Paul

PS: Need to send images BUT see no links to do so lol...
Thanks.

Not sure if I still got TWO of stuff because I changed the view on File-Explorer...   <-- Quick Access links and the real file in the body of File Explorer will show up in both places.  But you only have one file. The Quick Access link is just a link to the file.

PS: Need to send images BUT see no links to do so lol...  <-- Right click on the real file (inside This PC) and look down to the bottom of the flyout menu.  There should be a Send To menu item near the bottom.  Does Send To exist?
They look mostly normal.  The first one was the Quick Access which is links to the others
Thank YOU John and others...

Job done...
