Is this after your BIOS update in your other questions?<br />
If so Windows should automatically update the Windows HID drivers in the background and this should fix itself (and your keyboard bug) without any other action. &nbsp;Or you can manually install all the latest drivers. &nbsp;Your BIOS update changes all the interfaces between the hardware and drivers.

Thank you all for your contribution. I have not tried Robert's suggestion: restart the a laptop, since an external mouse was never mentioned, since I suspect it was a hardware issue.
