It could literally be anything. Abnormal termination basically means the process was aborted because it did something bad. What, is anyone's guess. You'll have to contact the vendor and report the issue I'm afraid.<br />

you could try to check the event viewer's lists whether there are more details (type WIN+R and eventvwr).<br />

did you run the Roxio by clicking onto a .wav file? if not, try it. if yes, try another file.<br />

you should install 'all visual studio redistributable environments beginning with visual studio 2010. then &nbsp;2015, 2017 and if the roxio is a very new version even the redistributable for VS 2019.<br />
<br />
if the roxio crashes immediately after start, some missing runtime (dll) could be the reason.<br />
