The issue is when it is trying to write an excel document. &nbsp;It is excel / office 365. &nbsp;It worked the other day, today it stopped working and we cannot figure out why.

The issue is when it is trying to write an excel document.  It is excel / office 365.  It worked the other day, today it stopped working and we cannot figure out why.
