Microsoft Volume License?
Hi, how does the Microsoft Volume License Center work, we purchased some licenses in 2017, do i have to "renew" these ? Products are Office, Visio, etc.
If they expire, can i still use?

Well this depends... Many licensing programs exist. Did you buy the licenses as one full payment or was it defined as a subscription? Etc. etc.
If you are in the 3 years program then the purchased licenses do not expire. If you have SA then SA benefits do expire after the 3 years. This means you may still use the software but you don't have rights for new updates.
Licensing FAQ are listed here: https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/Help/FAQDetails.aspx?id=26#74
and the overall FAQs page is here: https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/Help/Faq.aspx
And you may still contact Microsoft - each of the above FAQ pages contains the contact link.
The answer may also depend on the country in which the licenses are purchased.
