WIFI: extend wireless network
Hi,
I have a Synology router MR2200ac which doesn't reach some places in the house (upstairs).
Don't have an UTP cable up there, otherwise I could buy an extra MR2200ac. How do I extend the network, WITHOUT needing to login again to another access point? The mobile phone should just switch over to strongest nework.
Please advise.

At work I use https://www.ui.com/unifi/unifi-ap-ac-pro/ in a few offices. It works perfect as expected. For home, the google mesh https://store.google.com/us/product/google_wifi?hl=en-US is very easy to set up and also works perfect. It just about sets itself up. There are 3 to a pack. Just disable your current wifi and let google mesh take over.

??? I have a brand new Synology Mesh router. Why would I buy Google Mesh? Just need to know if this Synology can do the same (so NO extra network cable needed).
I'm sorry, I am not familiar with Synology and didn't catch that is what you already have. They work similarly. You should be able to add another as an AP and us the app to detect the new AP. Each AP needs to be in reach of at least one other. You may need and extra AP if it is too far away.
