I tried PreSaveAction as well. &nbsp;It never hits the break their as well. &nbsp;<br />

Here is the odd thing. &nbsp;I have a js include that if I remove, the functions do break. &nbsp;I use the same include on another page (a doc edit form vs. a new list form) and that works with the include.<br />

I don't see any errors on the console either.

I put a bit of custom JavaScript within a list new item edit form within the PreSaveItem function. &nbsp;I set a breakpoint there and when I save the list item, I don't break in the function.<br />
