IE wont load up a banking website
I have a client who uses barclays.net for their banking. They have to use Internet Explorer as it is a requirement of the software.
Problem is IE wont load barclays.net website. If I refresh the page a couple of times it eventually loads but doesnt present the user with a buttton to click on.
If I log into the PC with a different account I can access it fine. Any suggestions how I can maybe factory reset IE or similar t try to resolve this?

Ask Barkleys, what IE versions are supported by their web site. Check what IE version is installed on the client machines. Then check proxy setttings via the system or AV as well as content blocking in IE.
Roy, if I'm understanding what you said correctly, logging on to the same PC as a different user works? So uninstalling/reinstalling IE or anything related to the IE version is probably not the issue. Although having said that, it wuld be a good idea to be sure the version of IE you are using is supported. Just to prevent other problems.
If it's a user profile problem (that means, the problem exists only for one user on that machine), try to reset IE: click the gear icon - internet options ->on the advanced tab, you find "reset".
This solution was marked four years after the question was asked. So I'm still not convinced that would be the best thing to try. At least not first, due to the other problems uninstalling any browser might cause. So will just put it out to any other readers to try the other suggestions first.
Worst case, if a different windows account works, create a new windows profile for them by renaming the existing c:\user\<profile>. You can always copy their documents, desktop and favourites over.
