Citrix Windows 10 VDI SID reset scrip required
Windows 10 1790 build VDI intermittently Internet disconnecting, result as O365 Outlook not working. LAN is working fine.
When we change the VM HDD to another VM (Empty VM created and attached the existing VM HDD to New VM), then Internetworking.
Seems, VM SID having issues.
Citrix 7.15 CU4, Windows 10 Persistent VDI's, manual deployment (no MCS /PVS), Imported VM's. Hyper-V, SCVMM.
Please provide SID reset scrip.

Did you lose connection from Device to the Internet ... or complete network? – LAN is working fine. Only the Internet not working.
Are you able to ping the device? yes, Ping, tracert working within Lan. DNS also fine. My Network team checked and confirm there is no issues at NW level.
Are you able to logon as DomainAdmin - so SID should be OK -- Yes, we are able to login with domain admin. Still same issue.

This is Citrix 7.15 CU4 environment with DHCP. No IP issues in our DHCP environment.
The issue on some Win10 VDI's an intermittent issue.

We have checked at DHCP side, none of the VLAN IPs are utilized more than 60%.
Even we removed VM network card and reassigned new Network card, still same issue.
The only issue resolved, create a new VM without HDD and attach old HDD to the new VM.
Any suggestions?

If you use a new empty device, you got net MAC-Adressses for the device too ... resulting in new Interfaces within Win10 and new IP Addresses.
i think your problem is something like duplicate IP's.
Or device/IP is blocked from Firewall.
