Intel NUC Hyper-V home lab, low power consumption, KVM

Hi,

I d like to setup a Hyper-V with KVM (wont attach display or keyboard/mouse, the hardware will not be reachable physically once condigured, so need to have control as from boot) on a Intel NUC.
Preferrably 32 GB or more, will run lab environment (Windows domain, some test servers, some w10 machines) periodically but most of time do nothing so power usage is key.
Also has t to be latest top knodge performance, budget is important too (just a lab which I might shutdown/boot when needed/not needed). Have a Synology ds918+ that could run the vms or I run them locally and backup via Synology.

Please advise what hardware you would recommand. Would like to spend like 200 Euro max, if really worth it, budget is stretchable).

We use these

with 64GB RAM!

But 200 Euros does not buy you much.

Really think you need to look at the marketplace and think about your budget especially with 32GB RAM, have you thought about the CPU you want to base this on and what type of storage you'll use?

Some UK-based examples here - (while € is roughly £ !!) as a guide to pricing.

Like I said, doesn't need to be top knodge. What was best of best a year ago is now Stone age. Cpu can be basic, I dont thin there is really bad cpus out there, memory can start with 16 but needs to be expandable later, kvm is important, ssd can be limited since w2016bhas storage deduplication. Will only run lab.

This one  https://www.amazon.de/Intel-Komplett-Aufl%C3%B6sung-Garantie-Windows/dp/B07W72ZDXZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?keywords=Intel+nuc&qid=1566662045&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyTFFWVU5JRUFNQjdPJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNjc5ODk2MklSSVBQS05RUFdXWSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNDU0NDg5MUVDMUpRVUdVOVowNiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX3Bob25lX3NlYXJjaF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl

is 250 Euro's (convert Euro to Pound isn that hard I guess). 8GB can start with, just need a kvm then.
You won't get an IP KVM for anywhere near your total budget although there's a few for about €100 on eBay second hand. I would suggest a microserver as an alternative but HPE dropped the iLO off the latest one.
Well, it's more about 400 I guess then. No problem. No Microserver for me. Had that and indeed there is no ILO.
Need that one. So what NUC would you suggest with this budget?
