I'm having problems with VCSA.  My question is can I just delete the VCSA Appliance and redeploy without having other issues?

Hi,

you can.
But you will have some side effects for sure.
It can depends if you reinstall with same hostname/ip, but even if you do that the vcenter won't be the same and some other tools gravitating around vcenter (backup software, other vmware product) will detect this changes
And for example for backup software you may have a full backup running next, instead of incremental.
Well these are generally no big deals but require to reconfigure all these other tools

What this comes down to, it when I moved the host from configuration site to customer onsite it had a different IP address range.  I changed the main address of the vcsa, but the LookupService IP Address still has the old ip address.  I have not been able to find a way to change that IP address (for lookupservice). Do anyone know how to do this?

Hi,

I did not know the past question..
I don't think you can change it without reinstalling
And even if you succeed there could be another issues with another components
I suppose you did not follow the fine process to change the ip address at the beginning
