The usual way is to boot a USB or DVD installation.  You may have to manually add the RAID controller drivers if it doesn't see your drives.

Which OS are you trying to install?

Acronis in Gartner 2019 MQ for datacenter backup

It is an honor to be featured in Gartner 2019 Magic Quadrant for Datacenter Backup and Recovery Solutions. Gartner’s MQ sets a high standard and earning a place on their grid is a great affirmation that Acronis is delivering on our mission to protect all data, apps, and systems.

Last supported OS for the 510 was 2012R2... You can always look at dell.com and try those drivers... Or see if the install DVD has enough to get it to boot.

You can insert dvd in drive, or use iDrac and mount the DVD via another computer...
If the drivers that Dell offers don't work with anything newer than 2012R2, you can still make this work.

First of all, are you setting this server up as a host with VMs?  That is highly recommended around here.  You should be able to install 2012R2 as the host and 2016 as the VMs.

You'll want to confirm licensing rules with Microsoft, but my understanding is that a single (16-core) license to 2016 should allow you a single host (can downgrade to 2012R2 and 2 VMs (2016).  This is a very common configuration for servers these days.  One VM for AD, DNS, and DHCP, the other for file/print sharing and applications.

Have you tried installing 2016 on this system?  Did it see the drives?

Here is the status:

Before:
I have 2 R510 with Win 2008R2
All firmware have been updated to the latest

Now:
Upgraded the RAM
Upgraded the Hard drives

I do the followings:

I press F10 > Select "Lifecycle Controller (LCC) > Select "OS deployment" > Click "Deploy OS > Select "Configure RAID first"

Here, it failed.
The RAID failed to be created.

Probably have to delete the current RAID setup if you use "configure RAID first". Not sure lifecycle controller will install Win 2016 on an unsupported hardware version since  it does not know about that version of OS,

To delete the current RAID setup?
How do you do it?

<ctrl>R during POST, then select the controller, then either delete the current virtual/logical disks or I think there is a clear configuration option.
