1903 has a serious bug: if you connect from remote and then disconnect the session without logging off (for example by clicking on the X), the process dwm.exe goes berserk and comsumes a full CPU core resulting in machines being unable to accept new connections.<br />

If this is win10 v1903, please say so and I will provide the workaround.
